what is repayment option plan??
the reason i am asking is that i sent a letter into my credit crad company to reclaim ppi charges as i was misold as i am disabled and had the medical condition before getting my credit card.
the company has replied saying they do not offer ppi products but offer repayment option plan and this is not an insurance product and therefore does not make payments on my behalf.
they also said they have revieved the call made in 06 when i applied for the credit card but i did not talk to them as i applied online!!

Hello there
I assumed it was more or less the same thing.
If you were paying for this and did not want this, then its mis sold.
There are many reasons of why this could have been mis sold, if may not have covered you.
Do you still have the terms and conds for this?
To have this clarified please check with the financial ombudsman service here, they should confirm this for you, good luck and please let us know in case you require any help with this.;)
