Vanquis charges

Hi , i have been offered a refund of charges from Vanquis that i asked for around three weeks ago .
They are wanting me to sign a full and final settlement letter then they will remove the charges from the account.
Can i have this money paid direct to me instead ???

Any help appreciated..

Only if you have a £0 balance on the a/c. If you still owe them money, it's not unreasonable for them to use the refund to reduce the the balance owed.
