    I've been Money Tipped!
We have to leave our 3rd bed as a study as nowhere else for computer to go.

The house is being marketed as a 3 bed, and the floor plan shows that there is room to put a single in it. Because of the floor plan, people are coming to our house clearly knowing the dimensions of each room and have already visualised each empty room prior to a visit, so what they see in each room is less important as they've already mentally fitted their furniture into the house prior to the viewing. They've already seen the study as an empty bedroom in their heads, so the fact that we're using it as a study is neither here nor there.

  • Thanks everyone!

I'm going to get the agent in once I've cleared out most of the clutter and check with them what they think. But the area has lots of families so I think the bed in the 3rd room is the way to go.

BTW - have you seen these new smilies - they're wicked!

:iloveyou: Thanks for all your comments!

i agree. my computer is in daily use so to make way for a bed and move the desk would mean it would have to probably go in the lounge or dining room which would not be practical and look, in my opinion, worse
