Be prepared for a long haul if your injuries have caused long term damage,
or left you with a problem which may lead to issues later that you wouldn't have had normally, especially if you don't accept their first offer (which isn't usually advised)
My daughter was in an accident friday 13th january 2006 and because her injuries were bad and may cause further problems later in life, her claim is still ongoing.
(The driver of the other vehicle admitted liability and w prosecuted)
They did offer her a full & final settlement within 2 weeks of her accident, when she was still in plaster & in a wheelchair :rotfl::rotfl:

it is in your solicitors interest to drag on the claim as long as possible.
Should of rang up the other parties insurers about injuries, they could of had you in physio a week after the incident, but too late now.
