Virgin changes to Terms regarding Default Charges

Interesting information from Virgin regarding Default Charges, they are changing the terms from April that mention £12.00 for late payments, exceeding credit limit etc. and have replaced it with:
"Any other reasonable out-of-pocket fees, legal or other costs we incur as a result of you breaking this agreement"
"Any other reasonable out-of-pocket fees, legal or other costs we incur as a result of you breaking this agreement"
