A simple receipt will do, something like this;
Your Name / Address at top.
Received the sum of £xxxx for vehicle ( make model registration number ) on a sold for spares or repair basis with no warranty, from Mr Joe Bloggs ? ( name address of buyer )
Date / time. ( very important ).
Both sign 2 copies, keep one each.
Then complete details on log book, give buyer tear off slip, send your part off to Swansea.
Should be fine.0
