Sent SAR letter to citifinancial 2 weeks ago after advice on hear received reply this morning stating we have received a payment £10 from our mutual customer:however,it gives insufficint details for us to identify their citifinananial acc no and to apply the funds accordingly. This is after thay sent me a letter saying i did not have ppi on my 3 loans with them i know i did

I know this won't help but i am also in "debate" with Citi Financial.
They told me that i didn't have PPI on the loan and couldn't identify it also.
Happily i do have all the paperwork that they seem unable to trace! so have the account number and all dates and details etc, but so far the account remains a mystery to them :rolleyes:I LOVED HER SO MUCH I NOW LIVE ON MY OWN0 -
