No response!

Hi
I am new to all this, I set up a parachute bank account, sent a letter requesting charges and then sent a letter requesting they pay the full charges back due to financial difficulty... I used the template letters on here and requested a full response within 14 days but this time frame has lapsed!
I have had no response.
What do yo suggest I do now?

Which bank and where did you send the letter?

HSBC and I sent it to my local branch, who responded originally with list of bank charges.
