Why can't I open any attachments on Yahoo email?

Hi all
It used to work fine but now when I try to open an email attachment on my Yahoo account a blank window opens with the following message;
Not Found
The requested URL was not found on this server.
It used to work fine but now when I try to open an email attachment on my Yahoo account a blank window opens with the following message;
Not Found
The requested URL was not found on this server.
AOLserver/3.4.2 on http://errors.aol.com
The only thing I can do is forward the whole email to my aol account then open the email, save the attachment to My Docs and then open it.
Can anyone help me as this never used to happen?
