Sounds like Alvogyl to me, especially the yellow colour. It's often placed into the socket just after the extraction to help prevent it getting infected after a difficult extraction.

Well, the hole feels a lot deeper since that stuff came out :eek:

To be honest, I cant see it, coz it's right at the back. DH was going to try take a pic of it this morning, so I can see it, but the camera battery needs charging :rolleyes:

I've only been up 10 mins, what a bad mother I am...aside from the fact that both DD's are still asleep...so the guilt eases.

Nothing planned for today so shall just mooch....might pop to do the food shop, but might leave it till tomorrow...life on the edge eh!

It'll feel massive to your tongue because it's so sensitive.
Just ask your dentist to check it tomorrow, she might want to pack some more Alvogyl into it.
