    ah its this american weight loss programme. Sammy started watching it and now its doing the rounds! Bookie if you want to watch it i'll send you the DVD's. Its not everyones cup of tea but I love to see other people loosing weight..and these people are mahoosive

    Bookie - I like watching gardening programmes, I love it on Friday nights when Gardeners World is on, really helps me unwind at the end of the week.

    Buffy - I was just watching CSI New York - just to ogle Don Flack (Eddie Cahill), nothing wrong with online friends, sometimes so much easier to talk to & anyway we'll have all become "real friends" this time next week
