    Well, my hair falling out and its turning grey and I have these big bits of fat either side of my bum (top of the bum), whats going on?

    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
    Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    Ah I remember now, but surely can you not negotiate a chance for you to get a good nights sleep upstairs once in a while? Can he sleep downstairs on a blow up [STRIKE]doll[/STRIKE]bed?
