Reset internet explorer
- Open Internet Explorer 7.
- Click Tools, and then click Internet Options.
- Click the Advanced tab.
- Under Reset Internet Explorer Settings, click Reset.

i did that but dont have the software on the laptop to unzip and it needs the net to get it...arrrrr0

Is his laptop XP, Vista...?
Is the browser Internet Explorer (6 or 7) or Firefox.
