ICESave Tax paid certificates

Its in the title, but can anyone tell me how i get hold of the tax certificate which outlines the tax i have paid on my Icesave savings income prior to the collapse?

2008 to 2009 tax year

Its just these usually come out at the end of the tax year, but will they now as my account is closed and money refunded, who will now send them out, can i request them, if so from who, do i have to request them or will they get sent out automatically?

Lots of questions i know, but i am sure many would like to know.

I have this help line FSCS Icesave Compensation Scheme

Could anyone enlighten me, just saves me the hassle of waiting on the end of a phone.

Thanks.

This has come up in a couple of threads. A few people have been told that the won't be produced and you will just have to calculate it yourself.
