Prize Draw terms and conditions

British Gas is offering the chance for one lucky person to win up to £4,000 of energy efficiency measures; depending on what is most suitable for their homes, they will receive energy efficient products which could include wall and loft insulation, thermostatic radiator valves, room thermostat, radiator panels, draught proofing, tank insulation, pipe lagging and an energy efficient TV or white goods.
1. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry and resident in England, Scotland or Wales. Employees of British Gas and any of its group companies or their agents or families and anyone professionally connected to this Promotion are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
2. There is 1 prize of an energy efficiency home makeover.
3. To enter the Promotion complete the online form.
4. The winner of the home makeover prize will be drawn at random under independent supervision from all valid entries received by the closing date. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. Closing date for entries: 31st July 2009.
6. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or cancel this Promotion at any time in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
7. By participating in the Promotion, the winner agrees that British Gas may publish their names and counties and acknowledge that they may be asked to participate in unpaid promotional related publicity (including without limitation photographic shoots and interviews).
8. There is no cash alternative to the home makeover prize. The Promoter reserves the right to offer a similar prize if any element of the prize is unavailable.
9. The prize winners name and county will be available to those sending a S.A.E no later than 6 weeks after the closing date to British Gas Advertising Team, Lakeside West, Staines, Middlesex, TW18 3BY.
