I've been trying since 6ish this morning and all I'm seeing is a screen saying, "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage".
Though I'm only going on to cancel my egg card, having already moved my savings.

Just a passing thought - I can access my husband's account fully online where there is a debt, but I can't access mine where I have a £5K positive balance. How are other people situated?0
