Can't retrieve mail from Mailwasher or ISP

I am trying not to panic but I get an error when I try to retrieve my mail from Mailwasher, it says I haven't got the correct pop3 thingy, sorry not very bright, I also can't get them from tiscali mail it just says my browser is not accepting cookies. I went into tools and it is on medium as always. I haven't done anything to my computer since I turned it off last night. Could I have got a virus I need help please.

I can't get onto my mails on tiscali either. I've tried using 2 computers in the house both will get other websites, I just can't get my mails and I really need to send one. I think they must have a problem with their website at the moment so I'm not worrying just a little frustrated

Thank you so much KarenBB I was worrying that I had a virus or something on my computer, it must be tisical's fault. I am waiting for an email that is important so am also frustrated.

tiscali have just put an apology on their web site.

Its a shame they didn't update their service status though xxxx
ive spent ages wondering if it's just me as there service status didn't show this xx

I even phoned their help number and it took ages to be told by a machine that there are no problems with tiscali broadband. I don't know how much that cost to find out that wrong information. I hate tiscali.

Friday 20th February, 16:15 hours. ( Like 3 hours later they post this?)

We have known system issues affecting our email service,( well fluckin mend it) our engineers ( morons)are working (betweens brews and smokes)on this and hope (dream on punters )to be able to resolve this very soon(when they stop opening my wems). We apologise( yeah right,) for any inconvenience that they may cause.

During this period ( how did they know?!!? r they watching me?)you will not be able to send or receive emails( no !!!!!! sherlock) but please note that any mails received will NOT be lost. ( u hope not)

mines not back? xxxxx its connecing but saying no new mail on server? i get around 80 emails per hour in the day so thats obv wrong, im presuming its all backed up? xx
