I tried to email them but got the automated reply saying Sarah is away until 26th of March and today is 26th so fingers crossed.....

Hi just had a phone call from them, and said we will have the vouchers by 3pm today, she said she will call me back after 3 to make sure I have recieved it, so we will see

Hi everyone,
Apologies that some of you have been waiting a long time to receive your vouchers. We have had a few issues which means that its taken us longer to get the vouchers out than usual.
All the vouchers have now been sent out to the first 500 people who responded to our survey. If you haven't received a voucher today I'm afraid that means that you weren't in the first 500. We'd love to be able to give vouchers to everyone, but as a charity, it does mean that our resources are limited, and we simply can't afford to give a voucher to everyone who responds.
We know that some of you have been emailing Sarah, here at YouthNet, who has been getting a lot of emails, so hopefully this post will let you all know what is going on.
Thanks for taking the time to complete the survey, we really do appreciate your time.

I did the survey about 5 mins after OP posted this thread and still have not received anything. Did the people who received vouchers see this posted somewhere else and do it earlier or something?
