My sons XBOX has gone off, he said its the rings of death or something?
I've had a quick google and am I right its a hardware problem and XBOX will fix it free of charge. If so where do I send it as I can't find an address

box it up and arange with UPS to pick it up. you will receive the details via email0 -
How old is the xbox as the store if bought on the high st and under a year old will replace it or it was replaced twice for me0
