Credit Card: incomplete list of transactions supplied?

Hello

First of all this is my first post on these forums, so I apologies in advance if I've done something stupid! And also for the length of this post! I've read these forums for a while, especially the "debt free" area, and it really helped me sort myself out. Thank you all for that!

Next: I'm posting in this area, since it seems like the people with the right knowledge are in here. Although I'm not really interested in reclaiming the fees - I just want to know exactly what went on with all my accounts when I was horribly in debt!

I checked my credit history as recorded by the Credit Reference Agencies, and found that they held different data about a particular credit card account. So I used the SAR template from this website to request a copy of transactions for that credit card.

First of all they didn't send the documents within the stated time: in fact it has been 4 months since they got the original letter. But I'm happy to have got something!

What I recieved was a few pages with monthly balances and transactions, and some computer screenshots.

However what they have sent is quite clearly not a complete list of transactions - there are about 8 months worth of transactions missing. One of the screenshots they sent shows my last payment (of £250) and £0 balance. But the last balance showing on the transaction list they sent shows £170 - so clearly there have been some intervening charges or transactions.

They have also recorded a default against me with the CRAs (fair enough - I didn't pay by the statement due date). However one of the things I wanted to clear up was exactly when the default occured (there's 3 months difference in what the CRAs show). However none of the documents mention a default. Is this something that they need to record on their files? And do I need to send a different request for it?

Finally they haven't sent a CCA. I'm actually not too bothered about that - since I'm positive I did sign up. But is that something they should have sent too? Or do I need to send another request?

Again, sorry for the length of this post. And thank you all for your past help - I've been debt free (well - apart from a student loan) since November - and without reading these forums that just wouldn't have happened :)
