I am so angry from Natwest, I've send 3 letters to them, and they insistes of sending them Customer Financial Statement Form... They insists of the following: They have asked FSA to suspend the normal timetable for dealing with charges complaints, and the FSA has agred to this request subject to conditions that protect the righs. I have been charged £38 each time for unauthorised overdraft and not enaugh found for Direct Debit, and I claiming only £228....Can any one advice please

During the current court case all claims are on hold and you can only claim if you are in financial hardship which is why you have been asked to provide said information.0

Yes, fill the form in and send it back. That is how they determine Hardship claims. It is compliant with the FSA Waiver on bank charges(the whole of it is on my signature) and everyone has gotta do it for all banks.I am so angry from Natwest, I've send 3 letters to them, and they insistes of sending them Customer Financial Statement Form...
