What I mean is.. it doesn't take everything into account!
isn't there a bit where it says other outgoings (or something similar)?
You can list the "other" outgoings there (if I remember there wasn't a lot of room but I don't think there's a problem if you need to use an additional bit of pqaper to list them ):hello:Save a little money each month and at the end of the year you’ll be surprised at how little you have.An eye for an eye only ends up making the whole world blind0 -
So could he just copy and paste the original Soa or would the OR look at how he has been running his accounts?
If his situation hasn't changed then this would be the best and easiest thing to do:hello:Save a little money each month and at the end of the year you’ll be surprised at how little you have.An eye for an eye only ends up making the whole world blind0 -

Ther should be a box for "other essential payments".
In theory you itemise everything else in there.
As it is so small, it does no harm to continue outside it or on a separate attached piece of paper.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

In this situation would the OR look over his bank account?
For example - if they want to know how much cash you have? if on your SOA they allowed £30 towards holidays, £15 Car maintenance and have been putting it away for 6 months - you now have £270 saved.
Just an example.
Would they take this?0 -
Many thanks.. thought all of this was taken into account at the beginning:cool:0

Don't get into a panick. I wasn't saying that this would happen - I just thought it and don't know the answer.
I really hope it goes well for you.0 -

Don't think of this as another "OR interview" or similar .. it's not!
All you have to do is fill out an I&E form, send it off and hope for ED.
As AAW mentioned earlier, if his situation hasn't changed then just copy the original one he did when he went bankrupt! If it has changed then amend it accordingly.:hello:Save a little money each month and at the end of the year you’ll be surprised at how little you have.An eye for an eye only ends up making the whole world blind0 -
