Global Gizmos - Anyone else having problems?

This is a bit of a long shot but is anyone else having problems with Global Gizmos ( globalgizmos.co.uk ) ?
I ordered a Satmap unit from them 3 weeks ago and I have not received the unit and they do not respond to emails or answer the phone. I am getting very worried now as it appears they are possibly going to the wall – their checkout has stopped working in the last couple of days due to ‘technical’ problems. In any case their customer service is appalling.
Their website looks very ‘pro’ saying that they have won awards and are supported & used by Bear Grylls. However I’ve just searched on Google and found a few recent bad reviews on Ciao and Digitalspy, more worryingly the ISIS website says their ISIS Accreditation was withdrawn in January. Wish I’d looked before I ordered but I guess I’ve become a bit complacent - I’ve been internet shopping for many years with no real problems.
To make matters worse I paid by Debit Card as they add 2.5% for Credit Card purchases. I will speak to my bank but don’t hold out much hope.
I guess the next step is trading standards or the small claims court?
