  • This looks like a great deal to me, any techies around who want to give a more informed opinion?
One by one the penguins steal my sanity.
  • The only downside I can see is a low contast ratio (a less sharp image) and not many connection ports for DVD, Blu ray etc
Live for what tomorrow has to bring, not what yesterday has taken away
  • Many people have had good experiences with this brand. Also, over the years I've learned to trust the user reviews from ebuyer. And this one has 7 positive reviews. So I'd be inclined to purchase this one if I was on the lookout for an LCD telly (that is if your not the one for big names ;))

Also, good thing about eBuyer is that they have a years guarantee on their products, so if anything goes wrong with the telly within the first year, you simply open an RMA and they collect and issue a replacement (or refund if the telly is not available anymore) :T
  • This looks like an awesome deal! Im actually considering this as apose to a £600 LCD!

  • Remember this is only 1080i as opposed to 1080p (Full HD)

Still not a bad offer, if they don't break down that is.

Also, it only has one HDMI input  that is shocking! Only one Scart input too :rotfl:

PS - They could be done for mis-selling..

    If it was 1080i the resolution would be 1920 x 1080 and NOT 1366 x 768

If it was "Progressive Scan" it would be 1080p and NOT 1080i.

What it ACTUALLY is is anyone's guess!!

    Jeezo!

My £1200 Sony lcd telly (which I bought a couple of years back) also has only 1 HDMI port. You do get HDMI switcher rather cheap these days so that's an option

Again, my sony telly is 1080i and supports 1366 x 768 pixels (WXGA).

Considering I paid £1200 for my telly, this seems like a bargain since the specs are almost the same

This Bush 32" is £272.99 at Argos too - don't really know anything about the techy side of it but looks good value?
  • Contrast Ratio is pretty low

For some reason, Bush products have universally bad reviews  I was looking at a rather cheap bush tv with internal hard disk and other bits and bobs and I finally decided against it because the reviews were so rubbish
  • Oh yeh contrast ratio is pretty low. Although its a stat I still do not full understand...Some guy was telling me contrast ratio is measured differently by each brand so its hard to compare *heads off to do some research*.
