Accommodation and parking in Gatwick

Hi there, does anyone know how to get cheap hotel and parking in Gatwick. We are flying early morning on the 28th of April so need to stay the night on the 27th. We are returning on the 12th May.

we recently booked £10 travelodge at heathrow and then parking for two weeks cost £60 at gatwick

Have a look at this. Friends of mine have used this for Gatwick departures for years & apparently reasonably priced for 1 night accommodation & 1/2 weeks car parking. I know the hotel as I used to live nearby. It is a good hotel,very convenient to the airport (used by many air crews) & has own transport to airport. Sorry but I haven't time to check price for you but hope it helps.
