W H Smith, book not available but money still taken !

I placed an online order for a book with WH Smith on 17th Feb and received a confirmation email through. Later that day I received another email saying that the book was currently being re-printed and they would despatch when it became available (no indication of dates of reprint). They also said they would take NO money until it had been despatched.
Have logged into online banking this morning and they took the money on the 17th :mad: .
Just wanted to know if they're likely to be refunding it (I know it takes a few days to go back into account) or if I'm going to have to ring them to get it refunded - anyone else had this happen before?
Would love a bit of advice before I ring and spout lol

Edit: Just out of interest too, the website never at any point said they had none of this particular book in stock. Had I known, then I wouldn't have ordered as it was a birthday present ! Grrrrrrrr
