At ASDA we know how hard our mums work and how they deserve to be celebrated once in a while. That's why we're running a competition to find Britain's most deserving mum!
Not only will the winning super-mum be indulged with flowers, chocolates and champagne, we'll also give them the pampering treatment with a £199 voucher for the ultimate spa experience.
This voucher can be redeemed for one of a selection of treatment packages at a range of spas across the UK, including Champneys, Portland Hall, Titanic Spa, Elizabeth Arden and many more.
All you need to do to nominate your deserving mum is fill in the form below telling us why your mum deserves a special thanks. The closing date for entries is the 28th February 2009, and we'll let the winner know a few days afterwards.

• Closing date for receipt of all entries is 23:59 on 28/02/09. Winner(s) will be selected by a panel including an independent member whose details are available on request. The winning entry will be chosen by the panel on the grounds of the most original and fitting reason given for nomination of a winner.
• The winner will be notified by email or telephone within 15 days of the draw date.
• Maximum one entry per person per prize draw. Entries by third parties are not accepted. Entrants and their nominated winner should be resident in the UK and the nominated winner should be aged over 18.
• Proof of sending shall not constitute proof of receipt. No responsibility is accepted for entries that are lost, misdirected, late, damaged or illegible.
• Entries can only be made online by completing the online form. Postal, telephone or text entries will not be accepted.
• The winner will receive a bouquet sent by courier a bottle of champagne, a box of chocolates and a £199 gift voucher from asda-gifts.co.uk sent to their nominated winner.
• By entering the prize draw(s), you agree to participate in any reasonable PR activity, including photographs, if you are selected as a winner.
• There are no cash alternatives to the prizes and prizes are not transferable.
• Winners' names and counties may be obtained by sending an SAE to: ASDA.com, Asda House, Great Wilson Street, Leeds LS11 5AD up to 28 days after the closing date.
• If winners are unable to take the prizes for whatever reason, a redraw will take place.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
