Bank of Scotland credit card

Took the bull by the horns tonight and wrote three letters - two store cards (one now paid off) and a personal loan I took out four years ago and paid off last year. Can anyone tell me if they have had success with retrospective debts?

Also (and please excuse me for sounding thick), I've had a Bank of Scotland credit card since July 2000. I have absolutely no idea if I'm being charged PPI. I've read and re-read my statements but can't see anything about PPI on them. They break down the bill showing how much you owe and what the interest is, etc. Surely they would have to say PPI too or am I being really naive.

Sorry re-read that and the first paragragh may confuse! I mean restropective PPI charges! doh!

Hi,

If you were being charged PPI on this card then this would be on your statement and would show as 72p or something like that for every £100 spent on your card.

If youre still not sure just give them a quick call and they'll let you know, if you are at least you can make use of the call and ask for copies of your statements since the account was opened to tally up exactly how much ppi youve paid, if applicable.
