Hi
Just wondering if anyone can advice me about a PCn i have recieved. The reason is for apparantly stopping on a clearway (code46). However as the pictures i have enclosed show that the sign is only on one side of the road. Plus because it is a dead end street I did not see it ( reversed my car in). Furthermore the sign light was not working ( I parked the car at midnight, and was just recently fixed by the council.) Intrestingly enough the other road next to the one which I got a PCN has signs on both parts of the road.
Thanks for any advice

Please note my car was parked on the left side next to the lampost in the last picture and thus i would have only seen the back of that sign on the right, thats even if i could see it, since the flash ligh makes it far more visible than it was in reality.0

Hi barlos, could you scan the PCN too (back & front but remove car reg, PCN serial number, tax disc details) or in the meantime say which council it is?0
