I phoned littlewoods this morning and complained and told them that i will shop in the high street from now on. The lady was really lovely and said that my cashback had been stopped as i was one day late with a payment last year. She's going to send me a registration form requesting cashback on the account.
If they owe you cashback money i'd def phone requesting a form.

I've recieved an email yesterday saying that they will be posting me out a cashback form. Hopefully I will be able to get some back dated. I've replied thanking them for their speedy response. Fingers crossed that will be it sorted out and there will be no more issues.
Thanks to everyone who offered advice.

Hi there
I am trying to find people who have, like me, had their Cashback commission removed from their account without any notification or correspondence from Littlewoods.
I was never informed that the commission would be removed if i did not use my Littlewoods account. I would like to know if they have done the same to you.
If so, I would like to start a claim against them to recover what is rightly our money. I am a qualified solicitor, and although I cannot give you legal advice, I will be happy to give you tips on how to go through the process of claiming through the small claims court. Perhaps if there are enough of us complaining and raising claims, then they will do the right thing and give us our money back!
I look forward to hearing from anyone in a similar position.0
