A+L eSaver Issue 2 transfer

I wish to make a one off transfer of just under £50k from my Alliance and Leicester esaver issue 2 account to my linked non-A+L current account from the 1st of the month. In the past when doing non direct debit transfers from my HSBC account I have been limited to £10k a day but I'm sure this is just for standard transfers rather than DD linked accounts.
Would there be a problem transferring £50k in one go to my direct debit linked non-AL current account? I'm pretty sure I have transferred £30k in one go before but I can't afford for this transfer to be delayed. Could anyone confirm if it will go through ok?

DD works from your linked account. AL outbound is BACS.
I think they have a 25K limit - over that you need to call them.0 -
So I take it I could set up £25k one day and £25k the following day and have it all in my linked account within 4 days?0
