problems with website

in Techie Stuff
i used togo on the website everynite, and used to go in the chat room, used to listen tot he music and watch the screen with the web cam, now im lucky if i can get in the chat room but have no picture no sound, dont now what wrong is it my security setting in the tool bar maybe, thanx as would really like to go back on the site again..x
