Amtico flooring

Are there any approved Amtico installers out there that can give me advice on problems with my newly laid floor? After the fitter left today I noticed some of the edge tiles aren't stuck down properly. I looked on the Amtico website and it says the tiles should be rolled soon after laying ( which he didn't do. ) I'm paying the flooring company a visit tomorow but would like to be armed with more info. My husband says its all got to come up!!

when fitting amtico or any vinyl tiles a 60 kg roller should be used. whats probably happened is the adheasive at the edges has cured before the tile has been placed or even worse not even glued up to the edge.0

Foxy is correct: the product should be rolled down after adhesion. Have they used the correct glue? I know of many fitters who have cut costs by using an adhesive which is either not suitable for the subfloor
Have they allowed the glue to partly go off, or has the glue gone off too quickly? This would possibly cause the flooring to lift slightly.
Have a flick through the correct installion methods:

...if they havent taken a specific thing into account (underfloor heating, for example), they may have missold you the product...Profit=sanity
