Whats max amount for IVA ?

Hello folowing my recent divorce a find my self 40 k in debt , i am gonna try and find a way out but if worst comes to the worst whats the max they would consider an IVA on ? would 40 k be too much and force me to go bankrupt ? hope not just got new house and hoping to work my way out of this...any ideas

Not sure but I owe similar amount and was offered an IVA so reckon this will be fine.

Why dont you have a look on the Cccs or Payplan....both are good!

I have chose the DMP as felt better path for us but if you go to CCCS you can do an online debt remedy which will advise straight away after completing what course of action to do.

Now i have got house and divorce sorted i'm gonna have to get organised and have a good read up on my options really have just been dealing with one thing at once !! after all i'm only a man Bexxie lol
