I have £10,000 invested with scottish widows with-profits bond, since 2001. Last year the cash-in value was £12,396. I have just received a statement for this year and the cash-in value is only £10,100. What would you do, cash in or hang on in there. Any advice would be appreciated.

Sorry but we cannot possibly comment.
We do not have any idea of what your risk and reward strategy or whether this is a small portion of your savings portfolio or not.
Your next question would probably be could you have done better elsewhere - answer is yes probably but where??
