0% Balance transfers for overseas residents

Does anyone know of a credit card offering 0% or very low interest transfers on new accounts to overseas residents? I live in France and currently have NatWest credit cards linked to an Advantage Gold account. Thanks

There isn't any that will offer 0% if you live outside of the UK. Is it that you have a balance on your Natwest card? If so the other possible thing you could do is ask Natwest if they will reduce your interest rate. You won't get 0% though.0
