Don't eat the sweets, return the packet and remainder of the sweets to the address and you will no doubt get a few packets as replacement.

This makes me remember when my daughter was at junior school. We had opened a box of roses chocolates and my daughters had spread them on the table to choose which one they wanted from the pictures and her favourite one was missing.
So for a joke we took a photo of her looking sad at the table with the chocs and she wrote a letter to cadburys.
She got a nice letter back with a voucher for, I think,£3/5 pounds.

I think you should definately take it to small claims court. I mean the £30 fee is worth it in full just to make sure you get some sort of orange sweet compensation. If this fails take them to the high court for sweety fraud.

Failing that, appeal to the EU court.

Or just accept that nobody at the starburst factory stands there counting out a specific amount of flavours. And what you get is probably random.

I'll look out though in future, as when you take them to court no doubt the packs will start branding a disclaimer.
