What to do with a full box of frosties/out of date ?

I need a recipe for breakfast bars if anyone has any please, to use up the 1kg box of Frosties I got from Approved Foods.
I'll be back at work next week and short of time then.
I also got a load of fruit & fibre.
I don't really want to make anything too sweet though I've got the usual syrup/dried fruit etc in the cupboards.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Old style MoneySaving boards.
