As far as I am aware you can have a fast track IVA but, this is only once you have gone down the Bankrupt route. Your OR has to set it up.:rolleyes: Money Talks ...but all mine ever says is Goodbye! :rolleyes:0

There is no restriction as to how many IVAs you can have, although obviously only one at a time!Proud to be dealing with my debts - DFW Nerd #4910
