Self Employed PPI Claim

Hi All - just to let you know that I proceeded with the claim. We recvd letters for the first two loans advising that we would not get anything.
We were looking into taking things further when out of the blue we recvd two letters for the first two claims making an offer of the full premium plus interest and plus 8%. We have already recvd over £5K back last week (only a week after accepting the offer). We are just waiting for the other £2K to be issued to us in the next 3 wks and Lloydds are also looking into the other claims on loans and credit cards that we sent them approx a month after the first two claims. Not had our first response as yet (which is over due) so we faxed copies to the guy in customer care that contacted us with the offer.
So just goes to show that this can really work - we have now paid off the remainder of an existing loan due to finish early next year and the rest can be used to pay off other bills !!! :-)
Thanks so much to everyone for your help and I urge anyone who is thinking twice about claiming for the PPI to go for it , the most you could loose is a stamp or two and who knows you could get back your money!!!:j

Thankyou
You have given me the courage to pursue the PPI on several loans i've had with Lloyds TSB. New manager, new loan restructure !.. Last business loan was restructered to a personal loan. On speaking to my current business manager regarding the ppi on this she gave me the phone number for the loan dept (internal number). On speaking to a very nice lady and explaining the situation regarding the loan arranged from a business by 2 loan managers (names I have) one of which came round to my house at 7 in the evening for me to sign a fully preprinted agreement. I was amazed to be told by her that this was a strong case of mis-selling,she asked which branch was it and did i know the names of the person who arranged the loan and then she told me to contact the fos !!!!.
Despite this i have had letters from Lloyds saying they are still looking into my claim. Lots more issues with LLoyds just added up my bank charges for the business account thats up to £7000 plus i need lots of courage to tackle that.
Anyway well done to you :T0
