Not sure where to put this! I have to send a blasted pc chair back in the morning and it is not budging when coming to take it apart, the seat back and bits etc have all come off ok but the main base bit with the mechanism are not shifting so i have a big bit of the seat stuck..
What on earth do i use to send it back as the delivery man is going to love me at this rate!

couple of pics might give some of us a clue0

Wrap it in bubble wrap, £1 a roll (so 6 or so rolls, and tape it up)
Then say, there you go mate...0 -
Sorry if I'm stating the obvious, but most reputable mail order companies will tell you how to send things back Have you tried phoning them ? In my experience they will pay the postage costs involved, particularly if it's a faulty item.0

Its a leather pc chair, pics i would assume not really needed as im sure most of you now what one is..just incase not this:

The base is stuck to the suspension part and is therefore a very large part to pop in a box, they just said to return it so i assumed id'e just stick it in a box but have now realised that i cannot fit it in any as it is such an arkward shape, yes they are paying for the postage as courier due tommorow but stil doesn't solve the packing prob.0 -
Hi,
how was it delivered, in a box?
Was it assembled when you got it, or did you assemble it?
If you assembled it yourself, then it should be possible to take it apart.0 -
Hi it came in pieces but still in a big box (which i normally keep in the garage for this reason but it was that big even i wasn't doing so!), I assembled it but i think due to sitting on it the mechanism has pushed so far down it is welded tight. dh got in last night and is very strong and could not shift it one bit. I have bubble wrapped it and hope they take it like it is now in 2 seperate packages!0
