Anybody know what "tennent incentives" are

Hello
We are looking at rightmove at the moment as our current AST runs out in August, so we are checking prices and seeing how long properties are stayin on the website.
On a couple of the properties we have seen "tennent incentives" does anybody know what these are? Has anybody rented a place that had tennent incentives?
Just being nosey really, I don't want to call the agents and ask, as it is way too early for us to start looking properly.
Thanks if anyone can help!

It usually means, the property has been harder to let, so the incentive is usually reduced fees, such as referencing etc.Be-littling somebody only make's you look a bully.Any comments I make on here are my opinions, having worked in the lettings industry, and through life.0
