garage conversion cost!

Hi everyone,
when we vought our house the garage was also converted into a room witha archway into our front room.
since we havent been able to sell our house (hubby wanted a garage)
we have decided to change the room back into a garage, block up the arch way ect...
does anyone know of the rough costs to do this? we will need:
front extension /2m ish with garage door
archway knocked though kitchen to access utility room, new block wall + upvc door from utilty to garage. conrete floor dug out for .
