Hi Alfie
If you've not all the statements you could request a SAR where they will send or should send ALL data they have on you going back as far as 6 years.
Although you do not need the figures right now for a reclaim complaint, because if this was upheld in your favour they know they have to put you back in the position as if you did not take out PPI, plus interest and charges occurred.
The calculations you could actually write to them and ask them to send them through the post if you want to as the first option.;) (Free)
