Miele W1613 Vs Prestice Plus 6

I'm looking to get one of these for my Mum (she's paying
), to replace her currently bust machine.
Can anyone recomend one over the other?
The W1613 seems to look nicer(IMO), use 2 litres less water per wash (she has a water meter), a wider door and is approx £20 more
The Prestige Plus 6 seems to have an extra handwash/silk option.
Both come with 5 year warranty.
I'm leaning towards the W1613 to be honest.
Does anyone care to comment, or recommend one over the other?

W1613 wins for me, I'm sure it is quieter than the Prestige too...If it looks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, we have at least to consider the possibility that we have a small aquatic bird of the family anatidae on our hands

Hi,
I've got the Prestige Plus and I would highly recommend it. It's quiet and I have had no problems whatsoever with it. The 31 minute quickwash is ideal for everyday washing and gets clothes really clean.0 -
What a coincidence. I'm a Willitts too
There aren't many of us around! (though I'm an I, not an E)
Ooooh, yes we are quite rare, a dying bread you could say lolIf it looks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, we have at least to consider the possibility that we have a small aquatic bird of the family anatidae on our hands
