HI just a query about a mppi policy, wanting to know if i can claim the amount back taken out in 2002, still paying it now but sure i was missolded it at the time, , can anybody help, thanks:o

If it was sold by an adviser then your chances of success are very limited (as the adviser documents the need and makes the recommendation. You would be relying on the adviser doing something wrong in the paperwork). If was sold by a clerk or non-regulated individual then its still possible but you would have to show that you didnt have a financial need for it.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
