Best Credit Card - 9/12 0% months and money back - which one?

I've never had a Credit Card but been pre-approved on offers etc from my banks & never been in debt (apart from mortgage).
I want a CC mainly for Internet Usage as currently use a Debit Card and it's not as Safe, so want a CC that has Internet Fraud protection.
I don't have to transfer any debts.
Cashback would also be good as I tend to spend quite a bit and would use the card.
I'm not worried about late payments, and will have a Direct Debit set up and not over spend (never have done yet).

I know I may get turned down for certain cards as I don't have much history as just 2 separate banks accounts & Mortgage (did have a store card too for a year), but can anyone give me advice on the best one to go for?

I hear it's best to start getting a good Credit history so may as well start now!

Thanks
