please do not let me put you off, this was a year or two ago, so the people might have changed and be more friendly to newcomers!

Also, a lot of the stuff that we talk about here has become 'mainstream' and it is becoming fashionable to be frugal, recycling, green etc...so more people do not think that talking about these issues is a loony thing!

Or do they?
