Debt managment advice?!?!

Ok so thanks to RAS i contacted Debt help UK...
They offered to put me on a debt managment plan, based on the fact my circumstances have changed since taking out the loan. They would freeze the intrest on the loan (which should be 26%) and take off any charges that they have put on the account.
Current loan amout= £5714 (£700 arrears)
Monthly payments (for 60 months)= £151
So i would be paying them £75 monthly and not paying any interest and out of that they would reduce there fee to £10...
It seems like a good idea looking at it, i just dont want to make any more mistakes!! lol
What do you all think? Should i go for it?
xx
