Parkdean Holidays - you MUST PAY IN ADVANCE

I just narrowly missed having my Parkdean Holiday canceled (at Looe Bay holiday park, Cornwall):

If there is an outstanding balance to pay, even if it is £17 like mine, you have to pay it in advance: You can't pay on arrival! If you turn up without paying the balance they cancel your holiday (and no doubt keep your deposit). This is only stated in very small print at the bottom of the booking confirmation. I only found out as I called them to make an inquiry. My holiday starts tomorrow and I would have otherwise been turned away.

This is very unusual for holiday parks where I have always always paid the balance on arrival.

Could you imagine turning up with your kids to be turned away all over £17 which you had ready in your hand but that they wouldn't take??
